Wayne Fagan, Chair of the Dee Howard Foundation, and UTSA School of Engineering announce the establishment of the Dee Howard Memorial Endowed Faculty Fellowship in the Department of Mechanical Engineering.

Wayne Fagan was a presenter on a panel discussion entitled “Current U.S.-Mexico Legal Issues in Arbitration-Challenging Awards” at the US-Mexico Bar Association 2013 Annual Meeting in Phoenix, Arizona.
